One trend that we have observed is the comeback of Ethics in business school curriculum. Twenty years ago when I entered my first year MBA program, Ethics was introduced as a newly required course.
I just gave a lecture this morning at an area university on 10 Steps to the Top: Correlation between Mountain Ascension and Entrepreneurism. In one of the steps I emphasize ethics and avoiding toxic people.
I was pleased to see the announcement of Harvard Business School search committee's choice of Dean Nohria and that his focus will be on business ethics.
